1. Reservations and cancellations
- Reservations can be made online, by phone or on site.
- To confirm a reservation, a deposit may be requested.
- Free cancellation up to 7 days before the arrival date. If the cancellation occurs within 7 days of arrival, 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged. In case of no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be due.
2. Rates and payments
- Rates are displayed online and on site. They may vary depending on the booking period and the services requested.
- Payment can be made in cash, by credit card or by transfer.
3. Stays and services
- Rates generally include accommodation. Additional options may be available at an additional cost.
- The services offered may vary depending on the formula chosen.
4. Responsibilities
- Gadiamb City cannot be held responsible for any theft, damage or accidents occurring during the stay.
- Guests are required to respect the safety instructions and community living rules on site. Please note the presence of horses and other animals on site. We invite you to remain vigilant.
5. Modifications
- Gadiamb City reserves the right to modify the services offered in the event of force majeure or special circumstances.
